Add the option to automatically enable control via a mobile application. In order not to switch between the game and Aurora to enable the server for the mobile application. I just want to launch the game and then turn on the trainer through the mobile application without any extra steps.
Aurora on the Steam Deck already works with the Aurora mobile apps.
Yes. But to do this you need to click the button at the bottom left. I need this button to be pressed automatically when Aurora starts. To do this, make an option in the menu settings. Do you understand what I mean?
Yes, we understand what you mean and we have added an option just for you, the same day you requested it.

Wow! Super. I love you!

// EDIT 08.16.2023 -- Aurora v1.7.7 released to the main channel. Includes several Steam Deck improvements. Updated mobile apps also released which now allow mobile app control on the Steam Deck. Note that BOTH Aurora and the mobile apps must be updated to latest version for this to work.

Special thanks go to our awesome community for helping us in finding a way to finally get Aurora up and running on Valve's Steam Deck. Shout out to member bb1bsc for his extremely helpful videos and tutorial.
We have created a video on how to get Aurora up and running on your Steam Deck. VERSION 2.
Also available at Link
Enjoy!
Edit:
IMPORTANT:
As of Aurora v1.7.0, it is necessary to use the (currently experimental) Proton version 8 or higher (not shown in latest video).
Here is a quick guide:
Step 1: Update protonupqt
Step 2: launch it and remove steamtinker without removing the options you saved (it will prompt a message choose dont delete) and the proton version you have installed.
Step 3: install latest steamtinker and proton stable version
Step 4: in the steamtinker game menu under proton version choose: proton 8.0-1d
Repeat step 4 for all of the games.
All should be fine now.

Hello I am using portable version of aurora in steam deck, however I have installed cheathappens in steam deck and tried to do the same for installation version of aurora. The setup always fails during the package download while installation. Any idea if aurora has any dependencies for .net or something? Because I can install .net successfully in steamdeck. I'm also willing to volunteer for any steamdeck related testing with aurora. Thank you.

This question is going completely over my head. I'll let someone else chime in on this.

Expert? No way! But I'll say it's been a pleasant few weeks not having to answer the same questions. With all the great updates the cheathappens staff has done I'm sure more and more users find the installation easy. With the holidays coming and the release of the OLED Steam deck I'm anticipating an influx of new users with questions that hopefully the FAQ can answer.

If you follow the video instructions it shows you what's needed to use Aurora, We don't support any third party applications or third party vendors. Try using the portable version of Aurora and not the install version
