Seems you have hit a fault that often comes when the game update. If you be so kind and put that into an update report so it can be looked at.
Same would also go for the person above you.

any advice here to rectify this:

When i try to activate (via F1 or the button in Aurora) It responds with Failed

The only way to rectify aob errors is by posting an update request so we can have a look at it. AOB faults is mostly game updates that have broken the trainer.

does anyones trainer keep crashing on game version 1.14.2 ? mabe trainer needs update

Have you tried the game without the trainer? Have you tried on a new save?
If you have, and the trainer still doesn't work correct due an game update I suggest you post an update request.

So on 1.18.14. cheats for Unlimited Military and Civilian Planetary Slots and Unlimited Build Ships are affecting not just me the player but also the AI bots. Also, Mega Resources and Unlimited Exotics seem to affect the AI as well as they seem to be able to build uncontrollably.

Issue i mentioned previously is apparent in the newest 1.19.7 trainer as well. AiI can build unlimited ships and planetary defenses with their mega resources.
