I keep dying by the projectiles, I'm not sure if it's just a bug or maybe the Inf HP doesn't work against them but as soon as I get hit by flying objects it's a instant death, my best guess is because the HP goes to 1 so any damage is a instant death.
Infinite health works fine it's the easy kill option setting health to 1 but that happens when you pause the game so only use easy kills option when you have to and don't keep it on.

I turned off easy kill and on Stage 4 I died by Ollie's mascots red bullets even with Infinite HP on
