Also while I am more than happy to to try anything you want, or provide any file you want the auto start is very minor issue for me. So understand I willing to try anything you want, but if you have other issue that need to be worked on this can be dropped.

Well, I personally give up, sorry.

No worries, I have dug into this a few times before and shrugged it off. Good news is I did remote into my server and do some GP and GPO work that should help the other users in our house group. Like I finally got the policy that forces "fast start" to be disabled by default working, and found a way to NEVER install One Drive.

Also had a mild panic when on one reboot my group policy setting freaked out and I started getting invalid credentials when loggin...it fixed itself after I forced network connection before login. And here I was all ready to break out last nights backup.....what I don't have any issue....no out of work IT that knows way to much about hardware and domains and plays WAY to many video games.

Also thank you for your help, and let me know if you need someone with work like domain that can test things for you. And yes, my PC also dual boots into Linux...and I REALLY have to much fun poking the steam deck....lets just say I have now had 4 OSs on it.
