under there, there should be a folder for TLS 1.3; deleting it is what solved the problem!
Due to your excellent troubleshooting we are going to try disabling TLS 1.3 on our end and see if it helps any others that might be facing the same issue. The connection will simply revert to TLS 1.2. Not everyone even uses 1.3 as of yet.
