First of all, thanks to the team for all their hard work getting this trainer out. It's fantastic and works really well.
I am running into an unfortunate issue, however, with the game crashing on the marathon boss fight against Shido (7th Palace). I enter the fight with Infinite Health and SP active. When he KOs your party for a 1v1 with Joker, the game seems to be okay for a turn or two, but then crashes to desktop.
I'm sure it's an issue with the fact that the other party members are supposed to be dead, but they're not - so they're probably trying to take their turn.
And I'm also sure that I should be able to work around this by disabling the Infinite Health and SP cheats at an appropriate time and re-enabling them later on.
But because the boss fight is so long, even when fast-forwarding the cutscenes, figuring out when to disable and re-enable the cheat is proving... troublesome.
I'm open to advice or suggestions. Another possible workaround might be to have a separate option to apply the Infinite HP/SP cheats only to Joker, since he's locked into a specific slot in the party order.
Sounds like it's scripted and in such cases mostly nothing can be done except avoiding the troubled options yet i can't do anything without a save game so if you're on steam wrap your save game and pm it to me so i could run a complete diagnose.
Has anyone experienced after the trainer is activated and infinite hp/sp is selected, you can scroll through your full items list in game, then it will add Mega Fertilizer and (Reserve) items in the "Key Items" slots?
Infinite health and sp has nothing to do with items and about the problem,well just don't scroll over the empty item slots.
Yeah I realize that it doesn't have anything to do with the options now. It happens whenever the trainer is activated. And they aren't empty slots.
After running tests on new games after i unlock the menu options: I activate trainer and don't activate any of the options in the trainer. I go into my items menu. Then LB to the "Order Obtained" tab and look at all the items I have collected.
Once that happens something in the code makes a bunch of stuff just show up in my items menus elsewhere. Like 10 Castella cakes. 12 copies of the Illusory Popesse book. A whole bunch of "reserve" items the devs removed from the final product and just say "RESERVE". I continue to play through the game for 2 more dungeons. And it just gets out of control with the amount of "reserve" items that are showing up. Then by August I had dozens of The Illusory Poppess and Castella gift cakes and many more things I'm not able to delete from my inventories.

This happens because you freeze the item quantity in the editor option so when you move to the next slot it sets the exact same value so don't use freeze value feature in the editor and it should be good,this feature will be diabled in the next update.

Totally understood with the scripting thing. Game testing doesn't account for things like "the character is supposed to be dead, but got its memory values edited to be non-zero".
I ended up starting over for unrelated reasons (screwed up some confidant timings), so I'm going to try playing that part of the fight out for real - just drastically overleveled, with lots of healing items.
If I run into the same problem and can't overcome it, I'll toss a savegame your way - thanks for the quick response.
