Server keeps timing out. unable to connect to server. Checked ports and firewall. All is good. What Gives?

This started happening to me yesterday. For whatever reason, Adobe CC updates + Aurora were messing with my Orbi.
I've got Xfinity -> Arris S33 -> Orbi RBR750 and I'd get the purple light on the Orbi if I started CC updates and then tried to start Aurora. When doing one or the other, no problem. When trying to do both? Purple light (can't connect to the net). I just let the updates finish and no problems, but it took some trial and error to try to get to the bottom of it.
