Finally been able to fix the Unlimited Health option and make it player only.
This game is just either bad or weirdly coded to make cheating harder.

tried inf health but i still die any help appreciated enemy dont die still

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

new patch dropped, and the trainer seemed to be working fine for the first 2 tutorial missions of campaign, but after that the soldier options are affecting the enemy too, i have to disable them to kill them. Will add an update request.
hmm, sometimes i can kill the enemy with options on, sometimes it makes them invulnerable too, not sure why.

Thanks for posting this in an update request.
Since this is a bit into the game, could you provide a savegame for us and description on where to put it? Makes it bit easier for trainer maker to pinpoint what exactly breaks the trainer.
