Is it just me that is getting failed at activating the trainer ? There were multiple reports for file update as well earlier today or yesterday, now it seems they are gone.

So in my experience, this happens if you try to activate the trainer once you're in game. If you activate it at the main menu prior to loading into the game it should work fine.

Maybe you could spare $4.95 and upgrade to plus and request it yourself? We frown on asking others to do something for you.
I do have debug working, anyone know a good list of commands and how they work? So far all I got (that this trainer doesn't already do) is givealltechs ResistCouncil that gives you everything lol
So once you have the console open, type "help" to see a list of commands. The formatting is a little weird, but should be parseable. The most useful command I've found that's not included in the trainer is "killstate", which will delete whatever you're focused on, such as fleets, orbitals, or habs. It does seem to give you credit for the destruction, so I think that destroying a bunch of alien stuff could crank up their hostility very quickly. There are also commands for adding resources, initiating coups, claiming CPs, adding IPs... lots of stuff.
I will also point out that the debug mode is very touchy, and typing in improper commands or messing up the formatting is very likely to crash the game, so I would recommend saving often if you're going to mess with it.
