Thanks anyway Cal, I read your post about it on FR forums. Seems like it's becoming more and more common for developers of games to implement this stuff to "Protect" their games.
I wasn't really expecting anything anytime soon anyway, and probably will stop playing the game as it's not really enjoyable at the moment. The entire Anti-Cheat system made me go around in circles for 2 hours trying to get the damn game to run!

Same for us. Their new EAAC is so good it keeps actual players from even being able to play the game. Bravo EA, you have outdone yourselves. I guess that is one way to stop cheating. Can't cheat if you can't play.
So... it basically means unless someone can come up with something that hasn't been previously done there won't be any cheats for the game? Does that actually affect everything? I'm just asking because I have no clue. So would that apply to "only" in match cheating or would that also mean stuff like adjusting the transfer budget and the likes is out too?
From the FAQ published on EA website the anticheat protects the whole game including any singleplayer component. Moreover, EA plans to add this anticheat to other EA games in the future. In worst scenario you wouldn't be able to cheat in any EA game in the future even if its a true only singleplayer game.
