Hi,
Earlier today I submitted a new trainer request through Aurora. Beatifully simple. Then after a search on the website I discovered that the game, I was requesting, had been previously Retired due to multiplayer intergration.
If I had been able to find that info in Aurora, then I would not have made the submission, reducing your process load.

Very good point. I'm not for sure that the on-site request system will even tell you if a requested game is retired or not (seeing as how I get a bunch of them every day). So, would likely be good to add to both.
