Activating this trainer

If not state otherwise below, press F1 at main menu.
Listen for 'Trainer Activated'.
Press desired hotkey. All hotkeys can be changed on the trainer.

NumPad2: Unlimited Health
NumPad3: Unlimited Fullness
NumPad4: Increase Player Speed
NumPad5: Decrease Player Speed
NumPad6: Set Normal Player Speed
NumPad7: Increase Jump Height
NumPad8: Decrease Jump Height
NumPad9: Set Normal Jump Height
Multiply: Decrease Gravity
Add: Increase Gravity
Subtract: Set Normal Gravity

# Enemies
Decimal: Decrease Enemy Speed
Divide: Increase Enemy Speed
F1: Freeze Enemies
F2: Set Normal Enemy Speed

# Teleport
F3: Save Position
F4: Restore Position

# Misc
F5: Game Speed

Mute Hotkeys:
-------------------------------------------------------
To temporarily disable the Hotkeys, press CTRL-H after trainer is
activated. You can use CTRL-H to re-activate the Hotkeys as well.
You can also mute specific hotkeys by changing the hotkey you want to mute to 'NONE'.

Activates at main menu, but crashes the game when I try to load my save.

Maybe try loading your save first where you are into the game and then try activating the trainer and see if same result.

may I know how the save position and restore position works ? works as teleportation ? if yes please guide me thanks

Yes. Those option are called teleportion.
You save location with one and use other one to go back to that saved location.
