Just some comments, You will want to turn off max popularity, and low inflation when you enter cities for riots or war, or there will be an access fault and crash.

Mega industry should be used very sparingly because it will also accelerate electricity demand. For example it increeased gdp from -3 to 15% very quickly but at the same time it increased electricity demand from
130 to 130,000,000,000 where you can't possibly build enough reactors to cover it, but mostly you will get complaints that electricity demand isn't being met which may cause riots. It will also greatly accelerate research.
