I've noticed maybe an unintentional side effect of the option that gives you Development Points to increase your Driver and Staff attributes. If you use this feature all the AI Drivers and Staff will be upgraded to 100 Overall Ratings and many of the F2, F3 and Free Agent Drivers and Staff, so unless you make your own drivers and staff max rated you are effectively battling God Mode Drivers and Staff in the other teams.
Right now as nice as it is to have the trainer, too many options are interfering and causing issues with other aspects of the game and causing issues within your saves.
The Give Money on Design or Research Function will pretty much get you fired after you activate the mod, because the first item you design or research will plunge your teams finances into Massive Negative Balance and thus lose the Boards Condfidence in you instantly.

"Activate trainer option"
"Load game"
"Switch only to the window e.g. driver/staff finance
"Spent the points"
"Disable trainer option"
IMPORTANT: Do not switch to any other window or use week progress
"Save game"
"Load game"
done.

When I activate super energy or super tires. my fuel goes down to 50kg
This is incorrect. Those options do not touch the fuel at all. Activating Super Fuel writes that value, or using Super Cars or whatever will do that too. Note that you can change the value to whatever you want it to be other than 50 in the trainer.

I've noticed this too. Using just for example using the Super Tyres option (not activating any other 'super' options) it changes Fuel to 50kg and ERS to 100% every time it's turned on and off.
