Options 1 and 2 works
Option 3 works but for my and ai cars making it useless
options 4 and 5 doesn't work

I'm just quoting what Caliber told me. I have no idea how development points work. We just need a save that has these "points" so we can see where the code is pointing because apparently we don't have any in our current game save.

I got a save game with all my drivers having high development points, my reserve driver has 13 points. I dont know where the saved game files are stored i would upload it for sure.
I bought the game from Epic Games.

Thanks for saves, we added Development points option. Even if you have NO points, when you load game you have enough points to level up your drivers 100%.
