Yes, confirm.

To make a point clearer and put all the points.
1° The Trainer, works in a fresh new game
2° All options seem to work in a new game.
3° Before seeing the first crash, it takes hours playing
4° After the first crash, every time you activate the trainer the game crashes
5° (even if useless) tried to disable antivirus, disable all the software in the background but nothing
6° Tested multiple version from first 1.3.0 to the latest steam, but nothing

Now, sure it's random, but it's something that changes in the game over time, something that the trainer locks into triggering, because again it's not the functions that make it crash but it is the activation that does it, this means that during activation something is touched or done that creates the problem.

Well this is something that requires me to play the game to address the issue properly,are you sure that this happens randomly not by a specific option?

Yes and not, but only at fresh new game, you start, and you can activate all option without any problem, all work fine.
You play normally at one point start to crash, My experience I see after near at 2hr playing, the game crash one time, i load back, and after 2 minute crash again.
So i try to save after 1 minute, and reload, i do that for some save, but at last (i added before the save game to see) i load game with trainer loaded (no options active) on main menu, game start but after start crash, So i try load the save game and activate after but crash instantly.

So I do a new fresh game start, and use the trainer, but same thing is happens.

So as last try to play a game varius hrs withot never used the trainer. I see if I activate the trainer work fine, also if I'm already in game, so the issue is combine, some option add something in the game and that is added at save (it's my theory seeing the behavior) and cause crash (but only if trainer activated, same save without activation of trainer work) the problem i try to check the save but isn't editable. Another thing can be caused by skill or XP, I'm not sure, but, the true something change only after hrs playing with trainer active (i tryied used the first 7 options at first new game) and the second new game the option 7 (XP) activated only first second for mistake but disabled for all other hrs but same happens).
If I play without training a new save game, nothing happens, and I see i can activate the training also if the save game have 4hrs game play.
The last i can do is try to play with a new save game with only the trainer activate without active any option and see what happens.

I apologize for my bad English and also the fact that it is not easy to explain what I have tested, how the game behaves. I hope I managed to explain it, it's strange it's like the game memorizes something that conflicts with the trainer and remains in the save

That’s very interesting,could you please play the game without using the xp option with minimum options like unlimited health and stamina and god mode on and see how it goes?

Could you try with only activated trainer without any cheats?
