I tried the new trainer and I have come across 1 issue the Health cheat instantly kills me when turned on. I have uninstalled game and reinstalled game started a new world/game for testing this issue and still instant death when when activating infinite health.

Then you would have to report it in an update request.

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.
