Yes, only my player level has increased.
Upon more testing it is only player level. It does not affect skill levels at all. I was really hoping it would affect skill xp progression as I don't want to have to take 100+ baths lol.
i'm working to push more options but the anti cheat system is giving me a hard time.
over making these options that you see right now my pc crashed more than 15 times and it was all bosd.
Have you tried killing the unity crash handler 64 in the task manager under the rf5 game whilst searching for cheats? I think I did that when mine first crashed a lot when I was using cosmos. Hope it helps.

I just want to say thank you very much for the trainer. I wasn't sure if other options were possible or not as you said with the anti cheat which is why I haven't put in an actual request. I appreciate your work and even just the movement speed and the infinite rp on its own are enough to be a massive improvement to the fun I'm having.

i haven't tried this but it's anti debugging tricks pushed me to the limit it could be also a parent process like unity crash handler detecting the debugger,i had to use kernel mode debugger in which destabilized the system and led to more than 15 times bosd.
For some reason I can't get the Unlimited Seeds to work? I activate it but then when I sow the seeds it always counts down to no seeds. Am I doing something wrong?
That confused me as well. Turns out the "Unlimited Seeds" option actually refers to the Seed Points that you spend on directives and such, not the seeds you sow in the field.
