Aurora Bug Reports Discussion

I have deleted everything Aurora in my computer and redownloaded several times. I continuely get this pop-up when trying to open Aurora. I have turned off all firewall. I do not know what to do...

What popup?

Clear ALL of your internet cache and cookies or go into Incognito/Private Window mode. Download www.cheathappens.com/TM/Aurora.zip and use it.

I tried both ways and the pop-up still shows up (sorry attached in the wrong file type last time).

Did you delete your config folder under AppData\Roaming?

This is a .NET error.

If you need me to do a quick TeamViewer session with you to assist, then I will. At 9:30pm. Because, you know, our support is not "garbage".

Thank you so much!! My wife had to help me find the AppData\Roaming folder. I overlooked it several times. I really hope I didn't upset you. I have never thought of this company or support as garbage. I tried looking through other pages before posting. I have seen it has been a rough day and i hope it gets better for you and your team!!

Absolutely no problem. We put the settings file in an obscure location so people don't accidentally delete it so it's difficult to find on purpose.

So, just to confirm, deleting that folder fixed your issue?

I do believe it did. I did actually get to log in and go to a trainer. Didn't get to try any out as it is bed time here.
