I got mine from fighting on on higher tiers. started with like 1-5 then as i got more i used CoSMOS and eventually changed the value to 10mill.

Can you explain how to edit anomaly extract with cosmos for someone that doesn't really understand it?

i have been able to edit titanium, but after awhile, i can't get it to work anymore. Restarting the game, trainer, PC, all doesnt work.

Did you perhaps hit the max? Are you trying in an online/MP game?

Nope, i have 0 titanium now and im doing it in Single Player.

Maybe you have to have at least 1.

Id suggest, dismantle some random gun u picked up to get more than 1 titanium, after that edit it to 10mill, lock it. Go to a shop sell some titanium, or dismantle another bs gun. that will change the value to 10mill. Unlock it and upgrade ur gear if thats what ur using it for. If you run low, but have more than 1, just edit the number to 10mill again and repeat the process.

No problem. So far i've noticed the anomaly extract is only used to upgrade gear higher in apocalypse mode, haven't seen any other use for it. Glad you got it working as well!
