Honestly, it's not that hard to adapt to a modified value scheme if we can search the value using COSMOS.
(for those who are interested, values are generally x2+1, eg. On screen money 500, search 1001, etc)
Yes there are a few value that is obfuscated, but the basic things like gold, resource, faction point, class point, inventory count can all be searched and modified. Thus there is no reason saying "we can't figure it out using straight up 4 byte value search, thus we are retiring it." For a business that is designed to provide trainers, that just sounds unprofessional.

Finding and changing variables using CE or CoSMOS is NOWHERE NEAR making a trainer that works on everyone's machine. If you think it's so easy, then you make a simple trainer that works on EVERY PC and I will post it on the site.

Which is why there are no trainers for it, including our competitors.
The values can be searched and found, pretty much, as you describe. We already know this. That is STEP 1.
STEP 2 is to breakpoint the locations that hold these values and then create scripts that intercept and collect these values.
Not all games are trainable, most notably games using RPG maker or other such script based game "creation" tools, which have data being stored weirdly, as you can see, or are routing ALL data through singular functions, and then we have to remove singular variables out of this massive waterfall of data moving through there. If there are no descriptors then this becomes quite painfully hard to impossible.
I realize you WANT this to be different, but it's the reason why there is no trainer for this. Can this be trained at ALL, by "Someone"? Maybe. But the likely solution is to decrypt the RPG maker scripts or files and modify the game THAT way, which isn't a trainer at all.
There is probably not any tables or anything but people discussing the "formula" you posted, which is already widely known. So sadly, the best way to manipulate this game is to decrypt RPG VX files and modify, or to use the formula and COSMOS or CE to find and then manipulate the value in memory at realtime.
I hope this helps explain it. We won't make ANY money by having to turn down or retire games, if we did that all the time. We DONT. We only do it when it's warranted. It may be upsetting, but we are actually good at what we do and know what we are doing. If someone eventually guts out 200 hours of messing with this type of engine game and finds a way to give you 2 to 3 options for it, that lasts through save games and patches, then so be it. But it's probably, LIKELY, not going to happen. Especially when there is a zillion other titles that need attention.
best,
Cal
