As soon as the first matching cheat was found it stops looking further. But technically nothing speaks against continue looking further and executing all matching cheats. So I will put this on my todo. Most users will not be affected because hotkeys are usually unique by default.
Except when the trainer is updated with new options, which usually causes the new options to have the same hotkey as the existing ones.
