If you having some problems with the trainer because a the game updated you would have to post an update report. We sadly don't have time to watch for every patch out there to figure out if something updated, so we rely on users to report when a game update breaks something.

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

Most likely not there since trainer has gotten no reports that something is not working. We update based on update reports and when a trainer has 0 reports, we can only presume that is because trainer is working fine.
If something isn't working, then I would suggest you post an update request.

Game Speed option no longer works. Tried filling out a request, but I already had one and can't figure out how to update the one I already have out.
New game version is 0.6.4b.
