CoSMOS Gamehacking Tool

Does anyone know how to find the address for values that revert back to the original?
In Club Vegas for example, I can find the value (int32) for the coins (there are 6 addresses with the same value). I am able to change it, but it reverts back to the original value.

I know I am missing something, just can't figure out how to find where the stored value is without COSMOS crashing the game.

Same situation with other Windows Store games, eg. Tribez.
Any insight would be appreciated.
