Have you tried wiping out the whole CoSMOS folder and then starting over in a new folder? It might also be your CH settings folder that may have gotten corrupted and if this suggestion doesn't work then I can try option 2.

I changed drives to unzip to. Same issue with the pop up while unzipping saying. Would you like to replace the existing file C:\Games\Cheats\cosmos\Microsoft.VisualBasic.Forms.resources.dll 25752 bytes Modified: 20220-2024 01:29:38
with this one? bin\de\ Miscrosoft.VisualBasic.Forms.resources.dll 25752 bytes Modifies: 2022-02-24 01:29:38
there are over 140 files that ask this so I clicked YES TO ALL.
In the folder created there are 2 .exe files. Cosmos.exe and CosmosBeginner.exe But when I click either one, nothing happens

If you get asked if you want to replace files, you haven't extracted Cosmos into a new folder. So please try that first. Create a new empty folder and extract Cosmos into that folder. There should be no popup this time. Then run the Cosmos.exe from this folder.
