Has there been at least 3-4 weeks since last patch?
Until that then nothing. When it has gone 3-4 weeks without a patch you PM the trainer maker on here and ask if he wants to have a look at it.

hello, i checked the steamdb.info/app/1605220/patchnotes/ for the game and its last update was 14th December, which was 3 weeks ago. was hoping you might consider updating the trainer for the latest version.

I would suggest giving it until the 14th then if there are no patches reach out to the trainer maker

The trainer fails on main menu activation with the following error :
