The trick to hold down Ctrl after selecting a trainer and hit remembered me choice does not save

Full Details (As much information as possible):
If you have hit the wrong platform on a trainer and also hit the remember choice. Whenever you try to "reset" it by holding down Ctrl after clicking the trainer, it will allow you pick again, but only if you then also select remember. It does not reset the choice. If just pick the other platform, but not remember choice it will go back to the other one after


IF APPLICABLE:
Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
Pick a game with several platforms, for ease to see I tested on Medieval Dynasty as platforms are different trainer version.
Then select steam and remember my choice. Hit use trainer and then close the trainer
Pick the game again and hold Ctrl right after choice to select platform again. Pick one of the others not steam, but do not select remember my choice then hit use trainer.
Close the trainer again and pick the game without holding Ctrl after
It will then default back to the original remembered platform


Note:
This may be not a bug, but intended. In which case a "Forget all platforms saved" might be an option to considered if such a thing is possible.

Hate to have to do this, but seems it sort of fixed, but not fully.
Whenever I try to change now, it won't allow me to untick the remember my choice box.

Can you add some visual indicator of the platform we selected after?
After selecting a platform i still cant tell if i selected the correct one.
(i can tell by looking at the game directory)

What do you mean with what you have selected? First you see it in the trainer list by looking at the distribution. THen you see it on the trainer by looking at the distribution. And more over you should know what you clicked at when you click on it unless you close your eyes and blindly click somewhere on your screen.

Ive chosen my platform.
How can i tell now while looking at the trainer what kind of platform i have chosen?

You can tell by yourself because you have chosen the platform yourself. Even if you forgot, why does this matter at all? You have chosen the platform where you owned the game. This usually never changes for the rest of your entire life. In the very specific scenario where it does, hold down CTRL to bring up the page again and choose a different platform.

I don't really understand how your request adds any value to it
