Greetings! I recently purchased a regular lifetime membership. I'm excited to use Aurora! However, my account is still listed as "free," and I am unable to download the specific trainer to incentivized me to take the plunge (it's ELDEN RING, if you're curious). I received confirmation of my order, and my payment was processed. However, alarmingly, my estimated delivery date is "05/2022." That can't be right, can it? How could a digital product take almost two weeks to deliver? I'm hoping that's just a bug, and I'll get access much, much sooner than that. Can anyone give me rough ETA for getting the upgraded status to show up on my account?

Edit: Nevermind. Waited another 10 minutes and my account status updated. I wouldn't have posted at all were it not for that estimated delivery date. Thanks. CH!

Your account has now been processed. They are manually done when you use a rebate. Also, May 2022 was the only option that was in the future. Orders are typically filled within 12 hours. We appreciate your trust in our product.
