Today when playing Elden Ring with the trainer it keeps saying "cannot find game" even though it was working fine last night. Was there a game update? Steam says nothing about one. I've tried rebooting, restarting steam, restarting aurora and nada. Very confused.

Looks like the trainer might have an issue, put your findings in an update request so it can be looked into.

General reminder that posts with issues here and not update requests don't get looked at. Help yourselves and others by putting in that update request if the trainer is running into issues.

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

I have more information on the trainer not working for me. When the game came out I followed an online guide on disabling the EAC by deleting the start_protected_game.exe and renaming eldenring.exe to that file. This worked great with the stand alone trainer but does not work with the Aurora version. When I insert the start_protected_game.exe that came with the trainer I get an error message from steam.
(Elden Ring is attempting to launch with the optional parameters shown below.
" -eac_launcher -eac-nop-loaded "
If you did not request this launch or do not understand these options, select cancel.
[Ok] [Cancel] )
If I hit okay it just crashes and loops that error over and over again. Please help me fix this.

I followed the steps in the trainer readme but keep getting this error

Is anyone else getting this message when the trainer fails on activation?

In this case please, first see if the trainer readme contains special instructions about this. Otherwise close all game processes you find in the taskmanager and try again.

This message comes up every time the trainer says failed. There are no other game processes that the game does not open when it starts so I'm stumped on that.

Just posting to say that the Trainer is working properly and it's flawless. Made farming for specific item drops much much easier and not tedious (looking at you Banished and Cleanrot Knights!).

I can't use the trainer online and when i try to download it it says offline key missing and i am a plus member
