I notice you can reproduce a somewhat similar effect when you click on the change avatar button multiple times (double click etc). So I m wondering whether it has got something too do with this type of behaviour on your end?

Will need to test it, already had to RMA my mouse for double clicking in the past so wouldnt be a stretch if its doing it again.

Edit: All single clicks from me, tried setting a mouse macro as well as test my mouse clicks
