Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.
the update breaks my game. I can play for about 2-3 min and it crashes everytime i use the new trainer.
1. Does your game version match the trainer version?
2. Are there any special instructions that need to be followed?
3. Are you running Aurora as admin? Not doing that can cause issues for a lot of trainers.
4. Did you extract Aurora as opposed to just running it?
5. Do you have the newest version of Aurora?
6. Have you reinstalled/verified the game files?
7. Have you restarted your computer before trying the trainer again?
8. Have you set the anti-virus exclusions for Aurora?
9. Are you opening the game from a supported launcher?
10. Are you running the newest version of the trainer?
11. Are you playing a beta version of the game?
12. Are you using mods?
I've been trying to complete the DL2 Lost Armory Quest and after killing the few renegades, the game crashes as soon as I approach the GRE crate. After a few attempts, I reached out to Techland re: the crashes, and they told me that the game will not work with 3rd party software (Aurora). Techland also told me to uninstall the game, Steam, and delete my game file because it might be corrupt, and reinstall everything. This is a crap answer because these crashes are a new thing. I've been using Aurora with DL 1&2 and many other games for a few years now and Aurora worked perfectly. Now, I tried the Lost Armory Quest with the trainer off and it worked and I tried an older version of the DL2 trainer, but it said, "Trainer Failed." I followed the CH instructions to open Aurora and Steam as an administrator, turn off antivirus/firewall, use F1, etc, but DL2 is still acting up. I also uninstalled my EA Games app due to it's Easy Anti Cheat file and it still didn't work. Please let me know what else i can possibly do to resolve this. Thanks in advance for you time and help.
