The game keeps crashing when infinite health or stamina are active. Anyone has this issue too ?

Then I suggest you make a report so our testers can get enough reports to test trainer.

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

It is working good on my side.

I'm going to do a bit more testing when I can to see if infinite health/stamina have specific triggers to crash the game on my end, if it was a fluke, or if it's a consistent happening every time I enable the option. Once I do that testing I will probably contribute to an update request.

My first time crashing when using infinite health I tried to enable it mid-combat while almost dead, so that might be a trigger situation I could replicate.

So my last session I activated Health, Stamina, Immunity, and Weapon Durability options in a safe area with no crash or issues and all functioned as normal.

I also played around with various crafting and resource options as detailed in trainer instructions and they functioned appropriately as well.

I faced no crashes or problems for the entire session.

More testing and detail may be needed to replicate the trainer crashing with health/stamina options, such as where one is and what is happening if activating the option causes a crash.

I will continue to use the trainer and will report if I can find a reproducible crash related to health/stamina options.

Supplementary Edit

After using the Easy Upgrades option, I was able to upgrade Health to rank 16 and then Stamina to rank 17, and now the game says I have zero inhibitors and no way to upgrade Health or Stamina anymore. The normal maximum ranks for Health and Stamina are 26 for each, normally only one can be maxed in the initial playthrough with the other able to come up to 16 with the remaining inhibitors.
