I used easy upgrade, and also experience problems with getting new INHIBITIORS.
My points says: level 16 health and level 17 stamina. And then it says I have gathered 17/126 but no matter how many more I find I can’t use them to get higher levels. What’s up with that and any fix coming for that ? Or maybe I missed something..
same here i use it also , it is in tutroial my says 19 and 14. but i cant use the (hemmer) upgrade thing it say 0 or i cant use more with the tutorial inhabitor. so my char is freezing there and i cant do anything.

maybe savegame edit with hex editor or table that can change the number to zero!

On my second playthrough and not feeling the VNC tower climb again. Does anyone know the coordinates for the top of the tower?
