So exactly how do you change to DX11? I am a noob as I have been ps4/5 until recently. Are you able to switch in the steam game menu or outside of the program such as steam?

I used easy upgrade, and also experience problems with getting new INHIBITIORS.

My points says: level 16 health and level 17 stamina. And then it says I have gathered 17/126 but no matter how many more I find I can’t use them to get higher levels. What’s up with that and any fix coming for that ? Or maybe I missed something..

I too have this problem, but i used the trainer to get 8 stamina and 8 health. That would be16 x 3 = 48 inhibitors to reach the same levels. So far, i've found 42 inhibitors and my working theory is that when i get 51 inhibitors (51-48 = 3) i will be allowed to allocate a new stamina or health point. If my theory is correct, you will need to find 102 inhibitors before you get a new stamina/health point ((16+17=33 x 3 = 99 and 102 -99 =3)). Just a guess. YMMV

Rip another game breaking thing I noticed besides the inhibitors, is that since I gave myself easy skill points now my level is only 3 and it doesn’t go up anymore means I only get level 3 weapons is my game broken because of that or is there anything I can do? :/

Once you have more actual inhibitors collected than where you raised it to with easy upgrades you can allocate more. You will need to use easy upgrades to max both sides though.

Am I the only one that despite the trainer I can't max out the player's health and stamina? Because despite the fact of activating unlimited resources, the inhibitors are not and therefore impossible to put this to the maximum..

Even if I recover it is impossible for me to make the slightest increase.

What should I do? It would be a real shame to have to restart a new game.
