Can´t download Offline Key on Aurora Bug Reports Discussion Message Board - Page 2

When I try to download an offline key, I get an error that it fails and that I would find details in

No problem, our programmer was able to identify a couple of different issues that might have affected people like yourself and got those fixed without a software update necessary thanks to the way we programmed the app. Thanks for your feedback!

I have the same problem that I can not download the offline key, but with a different error. I get the error message "You are not allowed to download an offline key!" I have tried from Version 1.0.0 to v1.0.2 and received the same error each time. My dashboard shows that I have unlimited offline keys. Thanks for the help!
