Subject in Short: Add instant hover tooltip

Full Details:
it would be great if option's info would appear instantly and more easy to read (bigger font (default font is too small and gray / hard to read)).
Maybe something like bootstrap tooltip or anything similar.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
run any trainer that has option's info. hover over yellow (i) sign. wait some time for info to appear
