Am I the only one getting framerate issues with the game speed option in the trainer? It used to work fine some months ago, but now it makes the game almost unplayable when toggled on.

That sounds more like a game related issue that comes with use of speed. Might be the game had a small patch or something and using speed now causes it to be a little weird.
Hey guys. I have Hitman 3 with the Hitman 1 & 2 update v 3.100 for Steam. For some reason, this no longer works at all. Any idea as to what I can do? It used to work. Thanx

please put in a platform request to get a steam trainer created for this game
To submit a request for a new distribution platform, please use our trainer requests system. Once at least 5 people request the same distribution, it will be available for funding. Please do NOT use the trainer option request system to request new platforms as they will be denied. Premium members at any level may request a new distribution as long as it’s done through the normal request system.
I am tempted to buy HITMAN World of Assassination Deluxe Edition is this the trainer for that game series I am confused because when I do a steam search Hitman trilogy does not show up?
