Hi how do we make like a damage multiplier so it's not just always 1 hit on monsters using the editor? thanks

If you are looking for different options then you would need to put an option request in www.cheathappens.com/request_options.asp?titleID=76746

NOTE before writing down "trainer is not working":

The Title-Update "Sunbreak" has been released and yes, the trainer is not working anymore - but don't worry, requests have already been made and the title has even been boosted.
So, be patient - Trainer-Update will come!

Hi when I am editting my health values in game it causes literally anything to one shot me.

As far as I am know that is the only cheat that isnt working right now.

Also it seems that easy forging was removed as well, any reason for that?

I'm seeing the same. Infinite Stamina doesn't seem to work either.
