Does denuvo interfere with this table? IE, does denuvo detect this table and flag it as cheating?

Also does anyone happen to know what the purpose of denuvo is on MH Rise? Is it actually to detect cheating? Or is it more to prevent people from modding the game? Or maybe it's none of that and it's just a data collector?

Any answers would be appreciated

Denuvo is a DRM preventing piracy. The anti tamper is only for the license check. It doesn't prevent you from modding or cheating at all. But that doesn't mean the developers wouldn't integrate such thing themselves, like they did on Monster Hunter World.
