Follow instructions to find your save location for the platform you're on.
Next you'll want to open "Notepad++" if you don't have it, search for it in browser and download it.
Now with your file path opened in a folder view , you're going to click and open in "Notepad++" "SaveGameInfo" this is the first of 2 that you will have to edit. IF you do not edit both files the one i just mentioned and "FarmName####" which is the next file below it the changes will not carry over.
In Notepad++ you're going to click the "Find" button that is the binoculars. After that type in "max stamina" . The search results should come up with your results if not click next till the right one is highlighted. Then highlight your number "270" that is the base stamina and change this for "9999" over this and you will lag your game.
Next click save at the top left corner of Notepad++. Do this same search and change for the "FarmName#####" file this is the file that is actually named what ever you named your farm and some numbers behind it.
Run Stardew Valley.
On entering the game you will notice your stamina bar is all the way up the screen, but not filled and red.
You'll want to sleep once to fill that bar.
When your character wakes up you'll have full "9999" stamina and can now take care of everything you need with out worry of falling asleep .

Ps. you also can do this same search for anything character and value related. Make sure to save on both files.
