Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Hey guys, just wanted everyone to know that we have officially closed the initial AIO feedback message board for those that backed at $100+. We sincerely appreciate your input and feedback as you truly helped to shape the app into what it is today and will continue to help shape the app into its final public release. For now that board will remain locked and all threads and messages will be redirected to the main message boards page or this message. At some point we may open that board up for viewing access only so that the public can see how the app came to be based on your input, votes and important feedback.

We have now created two new message boards for reporting Aurora based issues:

Please use these boards appropriately. Our message board moderators and helpers will take what they find from these two boards and update our internal GitHub tracking system for bugs and requests.

There is a FEEDBACK button inside of Aurora at the top which will take you to the message board homepage so you can select which type of issue you would like to report.

Please note that these two new boards are restricted in the same way that the beta version of Aurora is restricted to ONLY those people that backed us at $10 or more during the official KICKSTARTER campaign. The sales at Backerkit do not count with a few exceptions. Once Phase II testing is complete and we release Aurora to the entire public within the next 2-3 weeks, these boards will also open up for everyone.

do all lifetime members get access to Aurora or do we have to wait like everyone else

Only Kickstarter backers and those that purchase access may use Aurora until the public release.
