I just wanted to take a moment an apologize for my lack of activity since Wednesday of this past week. What was supposed to be a simple hardware upgrade to my PC has turned into quite the debacle. Needless to say, I have about 2000 emails and PMs to get through, trainers to post and support tickets to answer. I appreciate everyone's patience. I am now up and running on my old PC while I install Windows 11 from scratch on my new PC. I am going to do my very best to get everything cleared out today.
