In the third chapter (not counting the intro), there is a checkpoint after the stealth section. The quest marker says "Find an escape route". Kill the enemies and pick up the relic behind the two barrels on the left. This relic is glitched and respawns every time you reload the checkpoint. Reload, pick up, reload, rinse and repeat.
