OK guys, I have now been able to reproduce the issue and am also located near the same place that most if not all others are reporting the issue. I have submitted additional HAR files to support but in the meantime I made a few server tweaks and it seemed to have solved my own issue. Please let me know if it helped yours. Be sure and clear all cache and cookies and restart your browser. Let us know, thanks. Also, include your geo-location if possible.

Same problem here, too. It's random when these times happen and it doesn't matter the browser used, different computers, clearing caches / history / everything even. It just stays hung up after clicking the download button with nothing happening.
Same with trying to start any trainers. It just sits on the splash screen forever, even with offline keys in the same folder.

Thanks Brian, I have submitted this file to Akamai for further investigation. It might be some setting or extension we have installed on our server which can be tweaked. One thing I would like people to try if they have this problem is using a VPN for some other part of the world and see if it resolves the issue. That will help us determine if this is somehow geo-related or maybe tied to a specific datacenter. Thanks.

I tried again and it still hung without starting the download. (I'm in Colorado)
I set my VPN to the United Kingdom and the download worked right away.

Hi from Forney, TX. Having same issue with trainer not downloading. Made sure to disable all antivirus and extensions, reload browser, clear history and cache. I am trying to attach the HAR file. Still learning how to do this. Hopefully this works. Thank you.
