In addition, I just downloaded 37 trainers in a row with ZERO PROBLEMS. We have people downloading THOUSANDS of trainers PER HOUR. If we had a site-wide, world-wide problem, I am pretty damn sure we would know about it.

Last week, like others I had issues launching and downloading trainers at home through the TM and web-site (CenturyLink DSL).
While at work, I've never had an issue (Charter Spectrum business).
What solved it for me at home is switching to Google public DNS.

Currently experiencing this issue. I'm on Xfinity in a suburb just North of Denver and any trainer file I try to download gets all the way to the file download part and then times out. I have this issue if I set my router's Internet DNS to CloudFlare (1.1.1.1) or Google (8.8.8.8). Attaching a couple HAR files as requested.

same was happening to me, tried the usual things like clearing cache etc. no fix. connection was gateway timeout. after using a vpn to connect from the UK it worked. my location is in SE Texas.

Edit: attempted to attach HAR file, would not let me when i clicked the "attach file" button or bar it would not allow me to select the file or open a prompt for a file location. have it if needed.

OK guys, I have now been able to reproduce the issue and am also located near the same place that most if not all others are reporting the issue. I have submitted additional HAR files to support but in the meantime I made a few server tweaks and it seemed to have solved my own issue. Please let me know if it helped yours. Be sure and clear all cache and cookies and restart your browser. Let us know, thanks. Also, include your geo-location if possible.
