Getting error in SA since last update

why do the hotkeys go up to f24?

Because its an enumeration of Windows virtual key codes which lists 24 F keys Link. Either they are placeholders or keyboards with so many F keys exist.

Hi, in vice city save posiction car does not work, it crash the game
god mode and unlimited life set on on car and player
unlimited ammo on

While I have yet to test Save location/warp to that location, the God mode for the Player & the car your driving works flawlessly. Flames WILL appear on you, but the health/amor bar shouldn't decrease, at least until the next patch when those values might get changed.
