Ghost Recon: Breakpoint Message Board  

Don't know if anyone else has figured this out, but I figured I'd share it.
There is a way to unlock all weapon masteries rather than just the default 9 full or a total of 240 Skill Points.
Simply give your self enough skill points to unlock the first full nine then by default your skill points will be at zero, then just ad some more by activating the option again, and select a skill to apply to it. As you will notice the skill points will reset to zero and then you just rinse and repeat it until you get all the Weapon Masteries unlocked.
After the game saves, I have logged out of the game and came back the next day and all my weapon masteries are still fully unlocked as you can see by the image I have posted. Hope that helps anyone out. I know you can just reset and reuse your original 240 Skill points for the masteries, but this way they are all and always unlocked.

Edit: I tried to post a screen shot of all my skills unlocked, but to no avail for some reason. Oh well I hope my explanation helps though.
