Forza Horizon 5 Message Board  

Here's a method for unlocking all hard-to-find/exclusive cars for purchase that can only be obtained through participating in the Festival Playlist. I'll be using CoSMOS for this .
1. Make sure you're out on the road and not inside your home/Festival. Open process list and choose the Forza exe.
2. Under Value Type, choose String.
3. Put "NotAvailableInAutoshow=0" in the Text box and hit First Scan button.
4. You'll get 3 Forza addresses. Change them all to "NotAvailableInAutoshow=1".
5. Go back in the game and go to Autoshow. It will only show hard-to-find/exclusive cars and they can be bought with in-game credits. To revert Autoshow back to normal, simply change all the addresses back to =0 or restart the game.

This method also works with other Forza Horizon games on PC.
Use with caution and don't auction off unreleased cars for a quick buck. That's a good way to put a target on your back. It can also be done offline.
