i have installed .NET core 3.1 and i even installed the newest version available, but the file will

i have installed .NET core 3.1 and i even installed the newest version available, but the file will not open and keeps telling me i need to install net core. any ideas?

Its probably because not everything is installed. Please install literally everything from below:

Have all of the following installed.

.NET Core 3.1 Desktop Runtime x86 Link
.NET Core 3.1 Desktop Runtime x64 Link
.NET Core Current Runtime x86 Link
.NET Core Current Runtime x64 Link
.NET Framework (get latest) Link

(Both x86 and x64 of the .Net Core MUST be installed)

Reboot PC when done.

Thank you for all the links I installed everything restarted my pc and it still says I need to install .NET core unfortunately 😕

Update:
I downloaded this Link and it now works which is weird because I did it last night but whatever its working now. Thank You for your time and HELP I appreciate that you went above and beyond providing links!
