how does savegame editor work

i dont know how the editor works.when i try to save it says some other file is using iy.

Well it should work by editing some files Are you useing the demo or the full version?

need to know to help (I am runing the demo)

And reset your pc and then run the save editor

Put the editor in the BG&E directory, quit the game if it is running, then launch the editor. Your saves should appear in the box on the left.
